Our History
Pervez Porooshasp established BLH Construction, Inc. in New York in 2001 and has over 30 years of experience in construction in both the institutional and private sector.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Construction Project Management, including extensive design and build, project and contract management across New York. Pervez has a broad range of experience in managing complex and multidisciplinary projects from start to finish. He is confident in delivering successful projects and throughout his career Pervez has developed and refined knowledge of clients needs and executing at the highest standard and satifiaction.
He is a Senior Project Manager and Director. His institutional clients include MTA, TBTA, NYCT, LIRR, MNR, HHC, SUNY downstate, as well as police departments in Westchester.
His private clients include Homeowners, building homes/renovating, in the tri-state area as well as Long Island and Westchester county. His professional clients include doctors, Dentist,, business owners construction/renovating clinics and office space. Pervez Porooshasp is the Owner of BLH Construction, Inc. Pervez has experience in the construction industry and the firm has a very qualified project management team.
The firm has also worked on Renovation & remodeling of houses, Kitchen & Bathroom, office space, Dr clinic.
Both institutional and Private sector Clients have attested to the trustworthiness, skill and capability of Prevez and his company.
