Bellevue Hospital Center NY, for Health & Hospital Corp
Project: 7th floor Environmental Lung Lab Renovation:
This project was located on the 7th floor of the hospital. An abandon space of 4000 SQFT was converted into state-of-the-art Lab. All dust control and safety measures were taken while working in the building with visitors and patience flow.

Project: Mamaroneck Police department renovation:
Complete renovation and remodeling of existing Police precinct into state-of-the-art technology
New ladies and men toilet for police officers, Locker room, men 911 emergency system, Raised computer floor, Installed bullet proof doors. All wall is the waiting area bulletproof. Installed Bullet proof security wall panel at the front counter area. Installed special rubber flooring throughout.
The work was performed in multiple phases to accommodate the police officers while they where work. All work was done in occupied area with all safety precautions taken to accommodate the officers and public while the percent was open for public and construction work was going on.

Project: Emergency shoring at Hudson, Harlem & New Haven line station Platform project.
The scope of this project is to install emergency timber shoring under the station platforms, in on and around the tracks while maintaining the railroad active, of 23 stations along Hudson, Harlem & New Haven lines. Work was performed during nighttime hours to not disrupt service to the lines.

Project: Installation of Flash Flood Mechanical devices, Pelham line, Bronx
MPT, Fencing and Barricading, Demo, Concrete, Miscellaneous iron work, Gratings, Installation of Mechanical closure device.
This project was done in multiple phases. All precautions were taken to ensure that traffic flow is not interpreted while work was on. Also, all safety factor where taken in consideration while working around pedestrian. We installed 50 Flash flood mechanical devices with new sidewalk gratings. The purpose was to intimate flash flooding caused due to heavy rain which occasionally floods the subway tracks. This project was completed before completion time.

Project: Stair Repair Concrete work at Rockaway and Fulton Line Brooklyn
Repaired 3 stairs at Rockaway and Fulton Line subway station. Work was done in 3 phases All safety measures were enforced while working around Public. Work included demolition of existing wall & drainage structures, stair treads, concrete topping slabs, concrete sidewalk and curb, K-Rail and handrails, Stair and wall tiles. After work completed, The stairway was re-opened to the public on-time and with zero safety incidents.
